About our Chapter

SCTE New England's mission is to organize and develop programs of interest to the employees of cable telecommunications and broadband communications systems in the CT, MA, RI, and NH region to increase the awareness of and participation in the Chapter’s activities, and spread both theoretical and practical technical knowledge through a proactive outreach. Through the effective use of training programs, outreach, and certification, the Chapter hopes to encourage participation and membership in the SCTE. We strive to provide opportunities for the professional and technical growth of technical personnel in our Chapter area, and afford the Chapter the opportunity to participate in the career development of its membership.
